Our founder, Thi Nguyen, started a small catering business in Gò Công, Tiền Giang, sharing her passion for traditional Vietnamese food with her local community.
2024
Bringing her family's culinary heritage across the ocean, Thi Nguyen moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, carrying with her the dream of sharing Vietnamese cuisine.

From her home kitchen in DFW, Bún Kitchen was established, offering authentic, handcrafted dishes to a new community of food lovers.
